After the lifting of the aviation embargo, Libya has regained its former importance as a trading partner of Western Europe's.

You may be aware of the fact that in Libya used to exist one single, public Average Agency.

For that reason the Average Agency Zafer Sadaoui, Aleppo / Syria had repeatedly been entrusted by renowned industrial firms and transport insurers with discharge supervisions and assessments of heavy losses, as well as in cases of investment projects for ample loss prevention measures.

This market gap was filled up by foundation of Average Agency Sadaoui Surveyor in Misurata on 1/7/1995 by Mr. Zafer Sadaoui (Syrian),
Mr. Mohamed El-Sharnuby (Egyptian) and Mr. Abdalla Ali Sadaoui (Libyan).

Mr. Zafer Sadaoui is owner of the Average Agency Zafer Sadaoui in Syria and co-partner of the Average Agency Global Surveyors in Egypt.

Mr. Mohamed El-Sharnuby is at the same time also co-partner of the Average Agency Global Surveyors in Egypt.

Mr. Abdalla Ali Sadaoui began his studies in economy and trade in 1970 at Karjunis University in Benghazi.
In 1980 he was sent by the Libyan Government to the United States of America to complete his studies, and there he was conferred the degree of 'Master of SCI Accounting' in the year 1984.

Always aiming for additional education, he participated in several training courses for insurance business in Tripoli, Alexandria, Istanbul and London.
In virtue of a judicial ruling by the Court of Justice in Misurata of 7/10/1991 he was enlisted in the panel of Experts in Marine Insurance.
He was granted a license as a Surveyor and Expert in Merchandise Insurance under No. 11/95.

In order to comply with the steadily growing demands for good services, the opening of surveyor's posts became necessary in the cities of Tripoli and Benghazi that are available since 1/2/2000.

All correspondence is handled in English with the Misurata Head-Office.

Activities of this enterprise comprise:

· Surveys of damages in the fields of Transport and Erection
· Discharge supervisions in all Libyan seaports
· Recourse actions
· Quality control

The Average Agency Sadaoui Surveyor in Libya, too, guarantees all companies the same services as offered by the Average Agency Zafer Sadaoui in Syria.
